eZcase allows users to copy data files to and from the Blackberry device through serial port or USB interface when the device is in the cradle. The synchronization is done through special eFile Synchronization Add-In, which is installed within BlackBerry Desktop Manager during eOffice installation. The files are prepared for synchronization using eFile Desktop, installed in the DynoPlex Program Group during the installation process.
