If you are planning to switch to a different device and use your eZcase on it, you need to change registration information. To do that visit clients section of DynoPlex web site at http://clients.dynoplex.com/eFile/web-access and select “Profile Management”. Then select section “Change PIN”. Enter new PIN then press “Change” button. After that register your installed applications through registration wizard as described in the Confirm Existing Registration section.
